We would highly recommend considering 5 additional business days as part of your planning. Our cookies are all individually heat sealed and wrapped to ensure freshness. They can last up to 8 weeks.

Our cookies are packaged with great care to ensure they arrive in the best possible condition. However, once your order leaves our premises, we cannot be held responsible for any damage or delay caused by the shipping carrier.
We recommend following any care instructions provided with your order to ensure the cookies remain fresh and delicious. If you believe your order was damaged in transit, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving the product, including photos of the damage, and we will work with you to resolve the issue.
Please ensure that you provide the correct shipping address at checkout. Delookies is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer. In such cases, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping fees to resend the order to the correct address.
If you are not available at the time of delivery, Australia Post or the courier service may leave a card and arrange a redelivery or notify you to collect your parcel from the nearest post office. Delookies is not responsible for missed deliveries, and any additional redelivery costs may be borne by the customer.
Shipping costs are non-refundable, except where we are required to issue a refund under Australian Consumer Law (e.g., if a product is faulty or not as described). In cases where a refund is granted for faulty goods, the cost of standard shipping will also be refunded.
For custom or large orders, additional shipping arrangements may be required due to the size or special handling of the products. We will contact you with any updated shipping details if necessary.
