Delookies may withhold, delay or offset Vendor payouts where reasonably required to manage refunds, chargebacks, suspected fraud, intellectual property claims, regulatory compliance matters or breaches of platform policies.
Vendors warrant that they hold all necessary rights, permissions or licences for any content or designs used in their listings.
Delookies reserves the right to remove or suspend listings suspected of intellectual property infringement without notice and may suspend related payouts during investigation.
Where a dispute relates to a Marketplace product, Delookies may facilitate communication between the customer and the Vendor but does not guarantee a specific outcome.
Disputes are handled in accordance with Delookies’ published policies and Australian Consumer Law.
