Our Custom Cookie Request option is designed for customers looking to order themed, personalised cookies that aren’t part of our regular range – from birthday parties and baby showers to unique celebrations with specific themes.
We understand that every event is different, and sometimes you need cookies that reflect a very specific look or interest – whether it’s based on favourite games, shows, animals, hobbies, or colour schemes. You tell us what you’re dreaming up, and we’ll let you know what’s possible!
To get started, simply complete the request form with:

A description of your theme or idea
How many cookies you’re after
Preferred size (mini, standard, or a mix)
Any shapes, colours, or messages you’d like
The option to upload inspiration images (party invites, inspo boards, etc.)
Once we receive your request, we’ll be in touch within 1–2 business days with a quote, design confirmation, and any additional info needed to bring your idea to life. All cookies are made fresh to order in our Sydney kitchen, decorated by hand with our signature smooth icing.
