As an online boutique bakery, we focus entirely on made-to-order treats that are freshly baked and beautifully packaged for delivery across Australia. Without the distractions of a storefront, we’re able to give every cookie our full attention so you get the highest quality, straight from our kitchen to your doorstep.

Yes – customisation is one of our specialties.

• Add names, numbers, or short messages to many of our cookie sets.

• Choose the flavour that suits your taste from available options.

• For a fully custom creation, use our Custom Cookie Request product to share your design idea and images.

Once submitted, we’ll get in touch with a mockup to confirm your design before we proceed.

Yes, we deliver Australia-wide with flat rate shipping, no matter where you’re located.

• Standard Delivery: $15.95 (flat rate)

• Express Delivery: $20.95 (flat rate)

• Free Shipping: Automatically applied on orders over $75

Every order is carefully packaged and shipped via reliable couriers. You’ll receive a tracking code via email once your order is dispatched, so you can monitor your delivery from our kitchen to your doorstep.

All our cookies are individually heat-sealed to lock in freshness — and we DO NOT use any preservatives.

• Decorated Cookies: Best enjoyed within 4 weeks. Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight or humidity.

• Gourmet Cookies: Best enjoyed within 7–10 days. Store in an airtight container at room temperature. You can also freeze them to extend shelf life.

Want your gourmet cookies warm and gooey? Simply pop them in the microwave for 5–10 seconds or heat them in the oven at 160°C for a few minutes.

Avoid refrigerating cookies, as it can affect texture and flavour.

We do not offer allergen-free options at this time. All our cookies are made in the same kitchen and may contain or come into contact with common allergens including wheat, dairy, eggs, soy, and nuts.

We list known allergens on each product page wherever possible, but if you have a severe allergy, we strongly recommend exercising extra caution. We cannot guarantee that any product is free from cross-contamination.

However, for personal dietary preferences such as vegan or gluten-free, feel free to leave a note during checkout. While we don’t offer dedicated ranges for these yet, we’ll do our best to accommodate your request where possible.

Because our cookies are handmade and perishable, we’re unfortunately unable to accept returns or offer refunds if you simply change your mind.

However, we truly care about your experience — if there’s an issue with your order (such as damage in transit or something not quite right), please contact us within 24 hours of delivery at [email protected], and include your order number and photos where relevant.

We assess each case individually and will always do our best to make it right, whether that means a replacement, store credit, or another suitable resolution.

Yes! When adding a product to your cart, you’ll see a date selection field. We’ll dispatch your order to align as closely as possible with your selected date.

Note: Delivery date is not guaranteed, but we always aim to time dispatch accordingly based on shipping method and location.
